2. Who is Padma Home Decor’s business partner?

We work with wholesalers and brand collaborations.

3. Are all products ready stock or made by order?

All products made by order. Customized designs are very welcome.

4. How about the price? Is there a minimum order?

We use FOB Surabaya prices,

For sample product purchases, you may buy 1 piece/item, regardless of the number of items.

For PO, a minimum of 50 pieces/item, a minimum of 5 mixed items.

Purchases may be under 50 pieces/item, with a minimum requirement of a total of 250 pieces mixed items.

5. How can you handle a custom orders?

We can make sample products first for you for approval before starting production. Please contact us for inquiry of design, price and delivery matters.

NOTES:

Product costs and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. What is the payment system and method?

We accept bank transfer with the following description:

1. 100% full payment before production.

2. Or, down payment 50% at the beginning, the rest after the order is ready to ship.

7. How about the delivery? Shipping documentation?

For sample products or small quantities, we can send using a courier service.

For larger quantity orders, we will send it to the liner you have designated. Documents will be sent immediately after payment and ship departure date.

8. How can Padma Home Decor be trusted? Does Padma Ethnica have any certificates on quality, environment, etc?

– For natural fiber, we do not have it at this moment, but we can ensure you in compliance with sustainability principles.

– For wooden products, they have already been SVLK (The Indonesian Timber Legality Assurance System), V-Legal & FLEGT ceritified, to ensure that our wood products and raw materials come from sources whose origins and management meet legal aspects.
